Sammy is British but used to run big brands in the USA. Now he’s based in Belgium and in his day job, he works with management teams, helping them become more efficient and effective. He first launched the website www.fatisourfriend.com in 2013 because of requests from friends and extended family to get unbiased information on the subject of diet and health.
