Jean Lonsdale is now retired, having worked as a Primary School teacher for forty years.
She lives in Padiham, Lancashire, with her husband, and has two grown up children, and three grandchildren, with whom she has shared her stories throughout the years.
Jean is a Brownie Guide leader, and a regular helper at her grandchildren’s Primary school. In the free time that leaves, Jean enjoys reading (and writing!), crown green bowling and chaotic family holidays!
